A very Amerikkkan coup
Amerikkka Coup Stimulation: Trump’s Domestic War Theatre
In the shadow of Kristallnacht’s shattered glass and the Gleiwitz radio hoax that birthed WWII, the United States now rehearses its own mnemonic coup—one not declared by tanks, but by National Guard deployments, ICE raids, and digital and Fox News propaganda loops.
The terrain is not foreign. It’s Chicago, DC, Memphis, California, New Orleans, and Portland—each reframed as a “war zone” with other Democrat Blue Cities by Trump’s administration to justify federal militarisation.
A naked casus belli against USA's own citizens by their President and inner circle of Noem, Miller and Kash.
JD, Rubio and Hegseth notable by their uneasy silence.
National Guard as Symbolic Occupation
Trump’s second term has seen National Guard troops deployed across Democratic cities, often against the will of governors. In Portland and Chicago, federal judges blocked these deployments, citing lack of rebellion or invasion—conditions required under the 1807 Insurrection Act.
Yet Trump’s perpetually overheated rhetoric—“hellholes,” “anarchist enclaves,” “domestic terrorism”—echoes the 1939 Gleiwitz incident, where Nazi operatives staged a Polish radio raid to justify invasion.
While Trump and his aides constantly parrot their mantra of insurrection to each other and Fox News. The mask is slipping - with insurrection defined as not just their mythical Antifa hard left urban terrorists but the Democrat opposition. The other 50% of USA that didn't vote Trump or the MAGA cult.
Noem ludicrously stating that Antifa had the organisation and structure of ISIS or Hamas. And even more bizarrely, risking being fired on grounds of competence, that the supposed leader's (who he?) girlfriend (who she?) had been arrested.
The 1878 Posse Comitatus Act, designed to prevent military enforcement of civilian law, is now a legal relic—sidestepped by executive fiat and “plenary authority” claims from Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller. And 700 active duty USMC troops briefly deployed in LA.
While Miller’s ludicrously overheated invocation of "hand-to-hand combat" logic at ICE Broadview jail Portland and Antifa “domestic terrorism” hype for bog-standard peaceful protests reframes protest as insurrection (that insurrection word again), not part of dissent and disagreement and debate.
While the Portland Frog cartoon costume character lampoons the notion of a war zone as a pretext for a very Amerikkkan Coup. And such claims looking as flimsy as Trump's birthday military parade or Noem's cosplay cop.
And the insurrection claims are clearly flagging up Trump's drift into dementia and burbling stream of consciousness waffle - and potential impeachment on medical grounds if not for the 3rd term rule itself.
ICE Raids & Courtroom Ambushes
ICE has escalated into something of a Trump paramilitary force, conducting masked arrests at courthouses of both legal migrants and councillors, targeting asylum seekers, pregnant partners, and LGBTQ+ migrants. The raids are not just physical—they’re law enforcement sabotage, turning legal compliance into detention roulette.
Courtroom arrests and Broadview ICE brutal and random attacks on protestors, whether in a chicken suit or frog suit or not, now mirror Selma’s Edmund Pettus Bridge, where peaceful marchers were clubbed by similar goon squad state troopers in 1965. Or the 1968 police riot on protestors at the Chicago Democrat Convention.
Noem’s Rooftop Theatre & TSA Propaganda
Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem’s rooftop “stare down” with the man in a chicken suit in Portland was hailed by MAGA social media hypesters as heroic resistance. In reality, it was a photo op staged above a handful of peaceful protesters. The TSA’s Democratic-targeted airport ads by Noem, meanwhile, weaponise federal infrastructure shutdowns for partisan messaging—echoing McCarthy-era red baiting, where political dissent was criminalised and careers destroyed.
Kaine's Senate surely gearing up an ICE review from badges, car registrations and witnesses despite goon squad masks. And questions remain over how long Congress will be barred from Broadview and FOI lists of arrests and prisoners and secret or false deportations.
The narrowly-held Trump Senate reversing war policy by Senator Tim Kaine with Senator Adam Schiff after the Iran strike and now Venezuela boats and mini Bay of Pigs regime change flotilla suggest as with the Iran raids and threats to shoot Hamas a fascistic turn to foreign policy beyond ending Forever Wars.
Congress no doubt tightening up War policy and the various National Guards and Insurrection Acts from the 19C to 21C to put the massive USA military beyond the whim of one man and hyperbole and fantasy.
The Reagan administration’s Iran–Contra affair exemplified covert war logic masked as humanitarian diplomacy. Senior officials secretly sold arms to Iran—then under embargo—in exchange for hostages, funnelling the proceeds to fund the Contras, a right-wing rebel group in Nicaragua. This violated the Boland Amendments, which explicitly banned U.S. support for the Contras.
The scandal exposed a rupture in democratic oversight that's occurring with Trump in Venezuela and Iran/Israel: classified operations, shredded documents, and televised denials became the architecture of plausible deniability.
Reagan’s Strategic Defence Initiative (SDI), and JFK's Russian reports from the 1950s, meanwhile, hyped a “missile gap” with the USSR, despite intelligence consensus that no such imbalance existed. SDI’s space-based weapons fantasy destabilised arms control talks and militarised the cosmos at vast expense under the guise of peace. Such fantasy now brought back home to warzone USA cities.
This pattern of false flag escalation traces back to the Gulf of Tonkin incident in 1964, where exaggerated reports of North Vietnamese aggression justified full-scale war in Vietnam. The media’s “Reds Driven Off” headlines entrenched public support for a conflict built on distortion.
In shades of the current hard-right Amerikkkan coup conditioning, the 1970 National Guard fired on Kent State university students killing 4 amidst protests over the secret bombing of Cambodia by Nixon and Kissinger.
Today, NATO’s cohesion fractures under similar hype: U.S. narratives of Russian missile superiority and Chinese cyber warfare often mask domestic militarisation and budget expansion. Clearly the Russian threat has been widely exaggerated with Putin's army bogged down in Donbas, the Black Sea fleet sunk, Russian tanks extinguished on the battlefield by Argos drones, upto 1M casualties fleshed out with criminals and conscripts, and a Wagner coup and March on Moscow by Russia's on troops forestalled.
The “broken NATO” trope serves dual purpose—justifying unilateral action and inflating defence spending. From Tonkin to Contra to Crimea, and now in Portland the U.S. has repeatedly weaponised misinformation as casus belli, scripting war theatre through fear, secrecy, and symbolic sabotage.
Venezuelan Boat Strikes & Senate War Logic
In September 2025, Trump ordered airstrikes on Venezuelan boats, killing 11 alleged cartel members without presenting any evidence of drugs crime. The strikes, framed as anti-fentanyl operations, bypassed congressional war powers and violated international law. The Senate War Powers Act—designed to check executive militarism—was ignored, just as it was during Nixon’s Cambodia incursions.
Epstein Distraction & Symbolic Architecture
While survivors prepared to testify, the DOJ seized a Venezuelan boat, shifting media focus from Epstein to ballroom disclosures, Rose Garden patio clubs, and Trump’s gold Oval Office theatrics. The distraction logic mirrors Watergate’s smoke screens, where symbolic architecture—arches, towers, ballrooms—masked deeper abuses.
The terrain is mapped—ICE raids, courtroom arrests, ludicrous rhetoric, Republican staffers Hitler glorification even a Nazi stars and stripes, Elon Musk's Nazi salute and Afrikaan era white supremacy rhetoric, and smears, symbolic distractions, and military deployments. The question is not whether this is a coup in slow motion. The question is whether the Senate and Media escalate the warnings.
